Good to be Home
We arrived home from South Africa, having had a truly incredible trip. We witnessed so many saved, healed and delivered as God demonstrated His indescribable goodness. The team that traveled with us was exceptional; this made our fairly intense schedule feel almost effortless.
Although we had planned to stay longer, after the team returned to their homes we all felt it was time for us to be home as well. We were missing our family and we felt the need to be home to support Phil during this time. We are also really looking forward to an extended period of fellowship with our church family.
With the change in plans, we are now scheduled to be at home for most of the next 3 months. This break should give us the time to rest, refresh and finish getting all of Rachel’s affairs in order before we start traveling again. We are also going take a real vacation, something we haven’t done for several years.
In September we will be back overseas again with a brief trip to India and then we fly back to South Africa for another three weeks. We are so excited about the influence God has given us in this incredible nation. We won’t have a team with us for this trip, but you could join us in April 2020 when we will take a team back to South Africa. We do have one more opportunity this year; we are taking a team with us to Brazil in November.
Brazil Mission Trip Nov 6th-19th
Join us as we minister in Brazil. On this two-week trip, you will experience the passion for God that is growing in this nation. For years teams have traveled to Brazil to witness the
current revival, and now it is your chance. You can expect to see the book of Acts come alive as you encounter miracles and watch people get saved, healed and set free as you pray.
Sally and I will lead the team, which will be based in the bustling city of Sao Paulo. We will spend the mornings doing outreach in the community, and then each evening we will hold evangelistic and healing meetings hosted by churches in the area. The cost for this trip will be airfare + $1700 with an early bird discount of $200 if the trip is paid for in full by the 1st of September. The registration deadline will be the 1st of October. This trip is now half full so, act quickly before it fills up.
