Hearing Restored

Luke, one of the young men in the church had just graduated from high school. One day as he left work he encountered a couple sitting on the curb outside. He struck up a conversation and found out that they were homeless. He asked if he could do anything to help and they told him they really needed a tent to sleep in.

So he took them to the store and bought a tent and two sleeping bags for good measure. While they shopped, he realized the man could not hear well, so when they got back to his car, he asked the gentleman about it and found out that he had been deaf for 18 years. He asked permission to pray and almost immediately the man’s hearing was completely restored. An act of kindness had turned into a miracle.
